What You’ll Be Able To Do

Operational Skills

  • Execute daily farm routines with discipline and safety
  • Apply biosecurity and hygiene protocols correctly
  • Manage feeding, watering, litter, and environment basics
  • Support hatchery and chick handling routines (as assigned)
  • Contribute to processing and product handling (as assigned)

Management & Reporting

  • Maintain basic records: feed, mortality, production, inventory
  • Use checklists and SOPs to improve consistency
  • Understand KPIs and performance discussions
  • Complete a capstone report on your learning and improvements
  • Build a personal career plan or business launch roadmap

Rotation 1: Poultry Production
