Operational Skills
- Execute daily farm routines with discipline and safety

- Manage feeding, watering, litter, and environment basics
- Support hatchery and chick handling routines (as assigned)

Management & Reporting
- Maintain basic records: feed, mortality, production, inventory
- Use checklists and SOPs to improve consistency
- Understand KPIs and performance discussions
- Complete a capstone report on your learning and improvements
- Build a personal career plan or business launch roadmap
Rotation Structure
Experience multiple departments across the poultry value chain.
Rotation 1: Poultry Production
Core- Brooding, feeding, watering routines
- Environment control and litter management
- Daily checks and basic problem spotting
Rotation 2: Hatchery & Chick Care
Specialized- Egg handling and incubation basics
- Hatchery hygiene and workflows
- Chick quality and dispatch routines
Rotation 3: Feed Mill Operations
Cost Control- Ingredient receiving and storage
- Batching, mixing, bagging discipline
- Basic QC checks and record keeping
Rotation 4: Processing & Handling
Value Add- Hygiene and handling routines
- Basic processing flow and safety
- Packaging, cold chain basics (as applicable)
Rotation 5: Farm Store & Customer
Sales- Customer service and sales basics
- Inventory routines and pricing basics
- Product display and simple marketing
Rotation 6: Reporting & Capstone
Outcome- Maintain personal logbook and weekly reflections
- Capstone report and improvement proposal
- Presentation and evaluation
